How to wink with Odin
i. Download and unpack the right file for your device.

Extract the firmware file yous only downloaded. You should get 5 files:
AP (Arrangement &Recovery)
BL (Bootloader)
CP (Modem / Radio)
CSC_*** (Country / Region / Operator)
HOME_CSC_*** (Country / Region / Operator)​

2. Go your S9/S9+ into the Download Mode (Ability + Vol Down + Bixbi) and connect with your PC / Laptop.
three. First Odin --> Add each file to it'south respective field in Odin. Use CSC_*** if you want to do a make clean wink or HOME_CSC_*** if you want to continue your apps and data.
4. Start flashing --> S9 reboots.
v. Cheque under settings --> about the phone --> baseband-version. If it's the new ane, well done!

How to flash with TWRP
1. Download the correct flashable *.zip file
2. Boot into recovery
3. Settings -> disable / uncheck "Naught siganture verification" under settings
4. Install -> select *.zip and install
5. Reboot

Looking for help - am on SM-960f/DS with the February Patch.

My bombardment life has been terrible and I believe it'southward due to the Modem - am looking to go back to the concluding modem on Oreo (Dec).

I tried to download the modem file (.bin) and flash with Odin - but it didn't piece of work later on I put it under CP. Is there something I am missing?

The Odin versions thirteen.1 & thirteen.3 aren't working for me either. Odin_v3.eleven.1 did!

Flashed G960 SC8 in TWRP. All was fine and rebooted. Still proverb SC1.

Using Soldiers ROM which is SC8 but my baseband is e'er showing older. Always has done. Any ideas?

That's the correct and newest one. By and large the baseband version is lower than the ROM version.

Soldier doesn't include a baseband in his ROM. You need to flash either his firmware files (baseband and few other files) or only the baseband from hither.
